5-30 News: Pine City Art Festival Celebrates 40th Anniversary

The 40th anniversary of a local art festival is July 15th.

Run by the Pine City Arts council, the Art Fest in Pine City is now processing registrations.

Adrienne Roubinek of the Council says the fair is all about supporting local artistry.

Roubinek added that a wide range of people attend the festival, including those from Wisconsin.

Registration for artists closes on June 10th.

The Pine City 40th Anniversary Art Festival is July 15th from 9 am to 3 pm.

Infocus Support Groups at Firstlight Health

Firstlight Health System is presenting an educational series that meets throughout the month.

The series titled “In Focus” offers six different support groups that meet throughout the month, every month.

Some of the groups are cancer support, diabetes support, and lung disease support groups.

Color Splash 5k

A family friendly run is coming up this weekend.

The Color Splash 5k Fun Run and Walk is this Saturday in Mora.

The family friendly run and walk is open to all ages and costumes are encouraged.

The race will begin and end in front of the East Central Library in Mora.

Estate Planning Class

If you or a loved one are unsure what happens to your estate after death, a free class is being hosted in North Branch to help you know your legal rights.

A local church is offering a class on the legal aspect of your estate.

The class will walk you through the legal steps you have to take and answer any potential questions.

The course is being held tonight at Access Church in North Branch.
