Rarick Pushes Gov. Dayton on Farmers' Propane Shortage

A critical shortage in propane for Minnesota farmers has been handled thanks in part to a Pine City representative.

Jason Rarick who represents Pine City at the state level, was a part of a group who demanded that Governor Dayton create more availability for propane deliveries.

Rarick said that, “This is the time of year when farmers can't be without propane in order to assist with drying late-harvested crops,” and that, “I’m glad the governor took this action.”

He added that the extended availability for propane deliveries will be in effect for 30 days.
