A 19-year-old Spring Lake Park man is dead after he was struck by two cars on I-35 near Wyoming Saturday night.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Emmanuel Alessandro Lemus-Soto was standing on the stripe dividing the two southbound lanes of traffic when he was struck by a Toyota Rav4 in the right lane. He was struck by a Toyota Camry that was traveling in the left lane.
Lemus-Soto was declared dead at the scene. Authorities believe that the victim was under the influence of alcohol.
