Two Dead after Car Goes Airborne, Hitting Trees

UPDATE: The victims have been identified as 60-year-old Donald Kelley and 54-year-old Robin Kelley of Luck Wisconsin.

Two are dead in Polk County after their car crashed into several trees.

The Polk County Sheriff's Department received a notification from Sirius XM that a red, 2017 Jaguar had an airbag deployment around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27.

The Jaguar was traveling eastbound on Highway 8 when they crossed the median into the westbound lane and entered the ditch.

The car appears to have hit a driveway and became airborne where it struck several trees before coming to rest on its roof.

The crash occurred near the intersection of US Highway 8 and State Highway 46.

Authorities are unsure what could have caused the crash at this time.
