Dragons Capture Conference Title with Victory over Aitkin!

Lady Dragons tennis Head Coach Kristin Unverzagt tells us about the teams exciting match in Aitkin!

With tonight's win, the dragon girls captured their 4th straight conference title with a 7-0 win over Aitkin. The girls are 7-0 in the Granite Ridge Conference.

We played well and stepped up to play strong matches against Aitkin. The girls came off the bus ready to play and dictated at all points. It is fun to see the girls improve and play well!

We will head to Foley on Saturday to play in the conference tournament using a doubles format.

Our next home match is Monday @ 4 pm against Duluth Marshall. Post season play will begin next Thursday, but we are still waiting to determine how the teams will be seeded and where matches will be played.
