They were held scoreless in the 4th inning, but come out firing in the 5th inning and brought eight runs across the plate. With a 15-0 lead the Eagles needed at least six runs to extend the game, but Hinckley's defense was strong and didn't give up a run. Wilson struck out 10 batters and pitched all 5 innings.

Jacob Perrotti got the start pitching for the Jags in this game. Both teams got off to a slow start at the plate. The game saw only 3 total hits going into the bottom of the 4th inning all from Rush City. Hinckley-Finlayson scored two in the 4th and would add another five runs in the 5th inning and an extra insurance run in the 6th inning. Lane VonRueden came in for Perrotti in the 7th to close out the game. Rush City had an uphill battle as they needed eight runs to extend the game.
