The Local Initiatives Support Corporation is looking to help rural small businesses with relief. The LISC-Lowe's Rural Relief Small Business Grants program will provide grants to businesses facing immediate financial pressure due to COVID-19.
Grants will be made in amounts ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 and can be used for anything from payables to immediate operational costs. Grants are limited to one individual/business with non-profit organizations being ineligible.
Applications must be submitted by December 6th.
LISC says there will be two more rounds of applications available, one in late December and another in late January.
