An 82-year-old woman is dead following a weekend head-on collision with a semi truck on Highway 23 in Pine County.
According to the State Patrol, the crash happened around noon on Saturday, January 14, east of Brook Park. The report said a 2016 Express Semi Truck was traveling east on Highway 23 near Cross Park Road when a Toyota Camry, traveling west, crossed the centerline and collided with the semi.
The 64-year-old driver of the semi was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Pine County Sheriff's Office, along with area fire departments, responded to the crash.
