Chisago Lakes hosted Minneapolis Edison on Wednesday night. The Wildcats came into the playoffs having won 4 of their last 5 games. Early on both teams were getting out the playoff jitters. But eventually both sides settled into a groove. Early in the 1st set Edison was able to keep it close, but sooner than later the Wildcats shifted the game in their favor. They would dominate the rest of the set winning set 1 25-9.

Pine City hosted Mora on Tuesday night. For the 2nd time in nearly as many weeks, the Dragons and Mustangs would hit the field for their rivalry game. The last time out, Pine City was able to get the shutout win at home. But this time, there was more on the line than just pride, the winner would move on to the section semi finals on Saturday.
