Chisago County and Terry's Disposal have reached an agreement that will stay the suspension of their garbage hauler's license.
A letter from the County announcing the initial suspension was shared by the City of North Branch in late August. It cited an inspection done by North Branch and Chisago County that found large amounts of unsorted garbage.
Before the suspension could go into effect, the garbage hauler and County came to an agreement that would allow Terry's Disposal to continue service to their Chisago County patrons.
This is the most recent incident for Terry's Disposal after they lost their contract with the City of North Branch to ACE Solid Waste back in May of this year.
