Askov man dies in fatal single-vehicle Pine County crash

A 35-year-old Askov man died in a fatal single-vehicle crash on I-35 in Pine County on Monday night.
According to the state patrol incident report, a Toyota Camry was traveling northbound in Barry Township around 10:30 p.m. when it went into the median.
The vehicle hit a tree and came to rest around milepost 186.
The driver, identified as Benjamin Cervenka, died in the crash.
The Pine County Sheriff's Office also responded to the scene.
