Speed is believed to be a factor after a Pine County Public Works truck was struck in Pine City late Thursday morning.
According to the Pine County Sheriff's Office, the work truck was parked on the shoulder near the Pine City Armory when it was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 61.
No county workers were reported to be hurt, but the driver and passenger of the other car were injured in the crash.
The Sheriff's Office says reports will be sent to the Pine County Attorney's Office for potential charges.
