Lady Dragons Defeat Aitkin, but Pull Together for a Good Cause

Pine City's HC Unverzagt tells about their match in Aitkin.

Pine City had another strong showing in Aitkin but it was a bigger victory than the scoreboard.  Aitkin hosted a fundraiser match for a teacher and former Aitkin tennis player that is currently paralyzed due to an accident a few weeks ago.

We joined forces to support the family and share our Dragon strong attitude with them.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mehr family and Aitkin community!

It was an overwhelming night with support and I am so proud of our Dragon community for stepping up.

We also had a fun match with many great points.

I am so proud of our girls.

We host Crosby-Ironton on Thursday.
