In a special meeting Monday morning the MSHSL board of directors voted to approve the return of fall football and volleyball starting on September 28th.
Volleyball was approved at a vote of 14-4 to start practice on September 28th with the first competitions being played on October 8th.
Football was approved with a vote of 15-3 to start practice on September 28th with the first competitions being played on October 9th. The motion calls for a 10-week season with six regular-season games. Postseason is to be determined.
Under current Covid-19 guidelines from Minnesota Department of Health, no spectators are allowed to attend indoor events in school facilities and outdoor events are limited to 250 total spectators.
