Pine County man found safe; missing person alert canceled

UPDATE: The missing person alert has been canceled after Puckett was located safely.

The Pine County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 39-year-old man.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Joseph Puckett was last known to be in Fargo, North Dakota, on Aug. 19.

Puckett is described as five-foot-seven, weighing 200 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and a tattoo of dots around the ring finger on his left hand.

Anyone with information about Puckett's whereabouts is asked to contact the Pine County Sheriff's Office.
