Pine County is seeking public feedback on an updated draft of the county's hazard mitigation plan. Midco finalized the acquisition of Hinckley-based SCI Broadband on Friday, Nov. 19. The company, founded by Ron Savage in 1984, served nearly 12,000 data customers in central Minnesota.
