Boys Hockey
The Pine City Dragons head on the road again tonight to take on their rivals, the Mustangs. After starting the year 0-3, the Dragons are riding a three game winning streak and will look to get above .500 for the first time this season. Most recently the Dragons defeated Moose Lake Area 8-1. George Miller netted his first hat trick of his career in the game. Senior Jonah Bergstrom finished that game with six points pushing his career total to 173 career points. Bergstrom is now just 27 points away from breaking the school's all-time scoring record. The Mustangs will be a tougher task this season. Mora comes into tonight's game with a 3-2 record. Mora also is on a three-game winning streak defeating Legacy Christian, Becker/Big Lake, and Cambridge-Isanti. The Pine City boys basketball team moved to 3-1 on the young season with another easy victory last night. The Dragons defeated Onamia 86-25. Pine City will take on East Central this Friday.
