A 10-year-old boy is in critical condition after falling 50 feet from a cliff at Interstate Park in Taylors Falls.
The incident happened Thursday around 2 p.m when the boy was hiking with his family. The boy fell in a place that was inaccessible by foot and the Taylors Falls Fire Department used a watercraft in order to rescue the juvenile.
The victim was then taken to St. Croix Hospital where he was later transferred to Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
