The St. Croix Falls School District closed its doors following threats made to the school.
Authorities were made aware of a threat of gun violence at 7:15 Thursday morning.In a joint press release, the school district and St. Croix Police said, "While the individual who allegedly made the threat was then taken into police custody, there were some other details that we felt needed to be clarified."
The school district believes that the threat is an isolated incident and plans to resume classes tomorrow.
