UPDATE: The driver has been identified as Jacob Richard Guy.
A 27-year-old Rush City man is dead after a single car collision early Saturday morning.
The driver of a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta was traveling northbound on I-35 near Harris when it collided with a concrete barrier on the west side of the interstate.
The collision caused the car to roll, and the driver was ejected from the car and found on the east side of I-35.
The Minnesota State Patrol has yet to release all the details, but the crash report states that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
The name of the driver will be released once the family has been notified.
