Ryder Youngbauer and Tim Thole Score First Career Goals in Dragons Win

The Dragons hockey team took on Chisago Lakes tonight.

The Dragons came into the game with revenge on their minds, as the Wildcats kicked the Dragons out of the playoffs last year. Sophomore Seth Linnell scored first for the Dragons on a power play in the first period. Taking their lead into the 2nd period, the Dragons would score three more goals, Parker Sell, Gabe Westbrook, and Ryder Youngbauer(first career goal). Pine City had a commanding 4-0 lead heading into the 3rd period. Tim Thole put his first career goal in the back of the net, four and a half minutes into the 3rd. The Wildcats got back one goal, scored by junior Ben Johnson. The Dragons defense would hold strong helping give Pine City a 5-1 victory.

Pine City will travel to Marshall the day after Thanksgiving for their next matchup. The Dragons will hit the ice at 7pm.
