A 62-year-old Braham man is facing felony charges after he allegedly engaged in sexual acts with minors.
According to the criminal complaint, The Pine County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by a woman claiming that Scott Allen England had sexually assaulted her three daughters, who were under the age of 13 at the time. Englund provided a statement to the deputy where he admitted to touching the victims before telling law enforcement, “Let's just get this over with.”
The suspect was charged on January 12 and is facing two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the first degree. Both charges carry a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and/or a $40,000 fine.
