Motorists traveling on I-35 between Pine and Chisago County line should expect to encounter traffic as crews conduct concrete repairs.
Beginning May 1 at 10:00 a.m., northbound I-35 will be reduced to a single lane starting north of Rush City and continuing to the Chisago/Pine County line.
Work is expected to continue through the weekend.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change. The Minnesota Department of Transportation asks drivers to be attentive, drive cautiously, and slow down in work zones where workers are present.
This construction work is anticipated to be complete by Saturday, May 13.
