Head Coach Kristin Unverzagt recaps the individuals who took competed at the section tournament.
The Dragons continued to play hard as we had Ella Sell and Brooke Boland represent our team in singles and Addison Sell/Allison Unverzagt and Claire Emmons/Malia Mikyska represent our team in doubles for the individual section tournament.
The girls battled hard and represented our team proudly. Ella earned a section place finish with a trip to the state tournament and Addison/Allison took home a 3rd place medal.
I am so proud of their efforts as they shifted gears to new positions in this tournament. The girls had intensity, worked hard, and were fun to watch.
We will have a few days of practice before the team heads to the state tournament next Tuesday. We will play Litchfield at noon next Tuesday.
Ella will compete in the individual tournament on Thursday at 8AM.
