A 25-year-old is in custody after Burnett County law enforcement executed a high-risk search warrant in Blaine Township Monday.
The Burnett County Emergency Response Team (ERT) along with Washburn County ERT, and Wisconsin DNR conducted the warrant which resulted in the arrest of the suspect for second-degree sexual assault, strangulation, and substantial battery.
Two other people were also arrested for unrelated outstanding warrants according to law enforcement.
The Burnett County Sheriff's Office says they will not be releasing any further information at this time.
