Pine City Tennis Quad gets Rained Out

Lady Dragons HC Kristin Unverzagt shares how the quad was going for her team, before the rain ended the day.

The Dragon girls had a strong start to the day, but the rain cut our day short.

We started the day strong with a 5-2 win over White Bear Lake.

The girls came ready to play and worked hard this week to improve and get stronger each day at practice.

We swept doubles with great placement and movement.  Our singles stepped up to extend the points and create opportunities.

We were up 2-0 in our match against Minnehaha Academy, but the rain prevented us from finishing the remaining matches.  With that, we also did not have the opportunity to play Roseville.

Our next match is Tuesday when varsity heads to Becker and JV hosts at Pine City.
