"Pine County has dedicated some of its American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to help alleviate the negative economic impact that the COVID-19 pandemic had on Pine County residents, landlords and businesses. These funds can be used to make repairs to homes, rental units, and commercial buildings to make them safe & healthy. This includes repairing or replacing plumbing, heating, ventilation or electrical systems; roofing, siding, windows, and doors; ramps and accessibility conversions; exterior signage & lighting improvements; code violation corrections; energy improvements, and water & sewer.
