Braham will be one of 3 communities in the area working with the Minnesota Department of Transportation on a try-out period for potential walk and bike opportunities.
The five-month demo will evaluate potential construction projects and gather feedback from the community.
Braham will see curb extensions added to create shorter crossings and increase visibility. The extension will be added at the intersection of Highway 107 and Central Drive, which will narrow the road and parking from 3rd Street SW to 2nd Street NW.
The temporary devices will go up sometime between May 19th and mid-June, for more information and where to go to leave feedback, you can check out the Braham Facebook page.
The feedback form will be available around mid-June.
