A Mora woman is dead following a two-car crash near Brook Park.
According to the Kanabec County Sheriff's Office, the collision occurred just before noon on Monday, June 3.
A 2003 Chevrolet Impala traveling eastbound on 250th Ave, driven by Kathleen Johnstone of Mora, was struck in the driver's side by a 2004 Chyrstler Town and Country Van traveling southbound on Rainbow St., driven by Dewyane Huntington of Hinckley.
Johnstone was declared dead at the scene, and Huntington was transported to a trauma center in the metro.
The crash is being investigated by Kanabec County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Minnesota State Patrol.
