Motorists will encounter daytime single lane closures on southbound I-35 at Highway 46 in Sturgeon Lake while crews repair the bridge that was recently damaged.
Closures will occur only in daytime hours and were anticipated to be complete this week.
However, new estimations by MnDOT say it won't be done until December 5th.
Drivers should also expect delays when exiting I-35 onto Highway 46.
Traffic on Highway 46 over the bridge remains reduced to one single lane controlled by a temporary signal.
MnDOT is advising drivers use caution while traveling through this area.
