Webster Man Pleads Guilty in Roadside Shooting Case

The Webster, Wisconsin man charged with shooting at cars in the Town of Oakland last April pled guilty to recklessly endangering safety charges in a Burnett County Court last week. Richard Boatman Jr. was arrested in 2022 after he reportedly shot two vehicles on County Road C, narrowly missing the occupants.


On April 17, Boatman Jr. pled guilty to two counts of felony reckless endangering, two counts of felony criminal damage to property, and one count of possession of THC.


His sentencing hearing has been scheduled for July 10.
