Welia Health breaks ground on Pine City campus expansion project

Welia Health broke ground on its Pine City campus expansion project on May 15.

According to a news release, building and site construction is expected to go through summer of 2026.

Interior renovations are slated for spring of next year, with project completion in the fall.

The release states that the updated facility will "support clinical growth, improve flow and accessibility, and align with the modern design seen at the recently expanded Mora campus."

The project includes expansions to the clinic’s rehab services, urgent care waiting area, and parking, as well as increased clinical capacity and a redesigned floorplan.
